BJØRNAR "HERR NILSEN" ØKSENVÅG

Baritone

Bjørnar, hailing from the North-West, is the baritone of the group. With his background in acting, and with his self proclaimed outstanding sense of humor, Herr Nilsen naturally assumes the role as the group’s MC.

JON BERG "RØDSKJEGG" ERIKSEN

Lead

Coming from Norway’s oldest town, the lead in the group is also the leader of the group! Redbeard is a trained choir conductor, and the arrangements he writes for the group are almost as magnificent as his facial hair.

BRYNJAR "BRYNJAR" ONSØIEN

Bass

A man of few, but low pitched words. Coming from Tromsø, The Bass in The North sets the foundation of the group with his steady, booming voice.

OLAV "FOR LEDEN" NYTRØEN

Tenor

Olav grew up in Nesodden as a boy soprano, so he knows how to be soft and sweet. But as a trained sailor, Olav’s voice can also be as wild and dramatic as the sea upon which he works!
